These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter “GTCC”) are intended, on the one hand, to inform potential Buyers of the conditions and procedures under which Dontalia sells and delivers the ordered products, and on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of the sale of products by Dontalia to the Buyer.
These GTCC apply without restriction or reservation to all sales of products offered by Dontalia on the Website.
The Dontalia Website is an e-commerce platform intended exclusively for the sale of products for use by professionals in the dental sector. The Website is accessible at the internet address: www.dontalia.si
By placing an order for products offered for sale on the Dontalia Website, the Buyer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTCC, which the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to prior to placing the order.
These GTCC, drafted in english, are supplemented by the provisions of the General Terms of Use of the website, as set out in the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

The sale of goods/services through the Website is carried out by Dontalia Italia S.R.L. By using this Website, the User consents to the processing of such information and declares that all information or data provided is truthful and corresponds to reality.
The Website provides Users or potential Buyers with information about the characteristics of the products marketed by Dontalia.
It also offers other services such as online product sales and secure payment processing.
The recipients of the Website's services are Users interested in the products marketed by Dontalia.
The products displayed on the Website will remain valid as long as they are advertised on the Website and, in any case, until they are discontinued or out of stock. In some cases, stock availability will be specified at the time of order confirmation. For made-to-order products or those not included in our catalog, the validity of Dontalia’s offers will depend on the availability of products from our suppliers.
At the time of placing the order, the Website will provide the Buyer with information regarding both availability and the current offer.
In any case, if there is a total or partial lack of stock at the time of the order, the Buyer will be informed.
If, subsequently, issues unrelated to stock availability arise that prevent the shipment of some or all products, the Buyer will be notified via email as soon as possible, including notice of total or partial cancellation of the order.
The Buyer's order will be automatically canceled and no charges will be applied.
If payment was made via POS or secure payment, Dontalia will refund the charged amount.
Dontalia's Customer Service will contact the Buyer to inform them of the cancellation and offer alternatives.
The Buyer's order will be validated and the partial amount accepted in each case will be charged via the selected payment method, except in the case of POS payment, where the full amount will be charged. The available products will be delivered to the Buyer. In the case of POS payment, the Buyer will receive a refund for the cost of the products ordered but not delivered as soon as possible, and in any case, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the amounts paid by the Buyer.
A) Prices
The sale price, indicated in euros (€), of the products offered on Dontalia's Website is the price in effect at the time the Buyer places the Order.
The sale price of the products may be changed at any time by Dontalia. Such changes will be published on the Website and visible to the Buyer. This price will be the applicable price in the context of distance selling.
Published prices are valid unless there are typographical errors or the end of a promotion.
Prices are expressed in euros, do not include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the date of the Order, and are valid for orders placed in Italy. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the final invoice of the Order.
The price does not include shipping costs, which will be charged in addition to the price of the purchased products.
Shipping costs are published in the general shipping conditions and are specified as such before the purchase is confirmed.
The different shipping methods are indicated below in these GTCC and will be displayed on the Website.
Delivery methods may be changed by Dontalia at any time. Therefore, Dontalia recommends that Buyers periodically consult the GTCC available on the Website.
Dontalia reserves the right to modify products, promotions, commercial conditions, and prices at any time and without prior notice to the User.
B) Products
The Buyer may select one or more products from the various categories offered by Dontalia on the Website.
Notwithstanding the Orders placed by the Buyer, Dontalia may modify the range of products offered for sale on the Website at any time, particularly due to restrictions related to its suppliers.
In accordance with current regulations, the Buyer will have the opportunity, before placing the Order, to view on Dontalia’s Website the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to purchase.
The Customer is informed that the product images shown on the Website are provided by the respective manufacturers and are added for illustrative purposes only.
These images do not constitute a contractual element or grounds for claims; the Buyer must rely on the information provided in the product details and specifications on the Website, which take precedence over the associated images.

C) The Order
Placing an Order implies acceptance of these GTCC, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, subject to any special conditions agreed upon by the Parties.
When the Buyer confirms the Order by clicking the “Confirm Order” icon, it is considered that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order, and in particular, these GTCC, the fact that the Order entails a payment obligation, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities, and delivery times of the products offered for sale and requested by the Buyer.
Once this step is validated, the Buyer can no longer cancel the Order. The sale will be final (subject to the Buyer’s right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in these GTCC).
The Order will be confirmed by Dontalia by sending an email to the Buyer (the “Order Confirmation Email”). Dontalia recommends that the Buyer keep the emails received in relation to the Order, either printed or in electronic format.
The Buyer is informed that emails will be sent to the email address provided for identification during the registration process, prior to placing the Order.
Furthermore, Dontalia shall not be held responsible in the event of an error in entering the email address or failure to receive the Order confirmation email. In such cases, the sale will be considered final, except in cases where Dontalia cancels the Order, particularly in the case of unavailable products.
However, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions set forth in these GTCC.
Once payment for the Order has been made, an email will be sent to the Buyer with a copy of the electronic invoice.
Please note that purchases made on the Website are reserved for professionals in the dental sector and that the products are not intended for personal use (or as gifts within a family context).
Dontalia is not responsible for negligent and/or non-professional use of its products.
In accordance with current regulations, Dontalia reserves the right to refuse or cancel, for legitimate reasons, any Order in which the number of products or the amount to be paid (for a single order or multiple cumulative orders), or other elements, clearly and demonstrably indicate that the Buyer is not a professional in the dental sector, or that the Buyer intends to use the ordered products for non-dental and non-professional purposes, or, in general, any abnormal Order under the applicable law.
Dontalia assumes no responsibility for improper use and/or the outcome of private use of products purchased on the Website, which are intended for professionals in the dental sector.
Additionally, in some cases, the number of units of certain products purchased may be limited due to contractual obligations undertaken by Dontalia with its suppliers.
Finally, Dontalia reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and/or delivery of an Order, regardless of its nature and stage of execution, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of amounts due by the Buyer, in case of payment issues, or in case of fraud, committed or attempted, related to the use of Dontalia's Website, including fraud committed in relation to previous Orders.
D) How to Place an Order
Purchasing dental materials from Dontalia is very simple. Just follow these steps:
Register on the Website or, if you are already a customer, log in with your username and password.
Choose the section (Clinic, Orthodontics, Equipment or Laboratory), the category, and the subcategory.
View the product of interest. By clicking on the product, you will see an enlarged image to view it in detail. A complete description is also available, including reference and price.
If you already know the references of the dental products, you can go directly to the “Quick Purchase” section to place your Order. For the laboratory section, you can use quick purchase for teeth.
Select the desired products and add them to the cart. Then, you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Once the Order is complete, confirm the delivery details. Please note that any changes to billing information from the initial registration must be requested in advance via info@dontalia.si
Choose the most convenient payment method (credit card or PayPal).
You will now have the opportunity to review the Order draft and correct any errors. Once reviewed, confirm the Order.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the Order details. Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
E) Payment Methods
Choose your preferred payment method from the following options:

Dontalia accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, and American Express cards and uses a secure payment site provided by Checkout. Please note that Dontalia does not receive or store any customer credit card information.
According to the new European PSD2 Directive on electronic payment services, once the order has been confirmed, it is necessary to:
Authorize the purchase through your online banking service.
Return to our website to complete the purchase process.
The card may have expired. Please ensure the expiration date is still valid.
The card may have reached its purchase limit. In this case, check with your issuing bank.
Some entered details may be incorrect. Please verify all information was entered correctly.
Incorrect credit card password. Ensure the Visa or Mastercard security code was entered correctly when confirming the Order. If you do not know your card's security code, please check with your bank.

F) Delivery Terms and Conditions
Orders received on working days before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over €130 (VAT excluded), except for wholesale orders.
For orders under €130 (VAT excluded), standard shipping costs of €10 + VAT apply.
Dontalia reserves the right to charge shipping costs for orders of large volume, quantity, or weight. If the quantities requested by the customer are considered exceptionally high compared to the normal consumption of the product, Dontalia reserves the right not to deliver all ordered units or to modify the product's sale price. Any additional costs for such orders will be communicated prior to shipment.

If any damage is noticed on the package(s) upon delivery, you must immediately contact Customer Service via info@dontalia.si
In case of a return, go to the “My Account” section of the Website, where you can easily access the “Returns” section. After verifying all the details, we will send a Bartolini courier to collect the package and send an email with the label to print. Bartolini will contact the User as soon as possible to arrange pickup.

Dontalia will organize the pickup with the courier at no cost to the Buyer, except for returns involving large quantities, high volume, and/or weight.
Dontalia reserves the right to apply shipping charges according to the rates in effect at the time of the return. Any additional return costs will be communicated before the merchandise is collected.
In such cases, the pickup will be arranged only after the Customer's acceptance.
Return Period
The return period for dental materials is 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, as received, and placed in a box that protects the individual product packaging.
Once the returned products are received and verified to meet the stated conditions, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. For any complaints, you may send an email to info@dontalia.si
with the details. Our Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible.The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made through the Website www.dontalia.si and may return the product, if unsatisfied, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the product.
Please note that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose execution has already begun.
The refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is effectively and unequivocally communicated, and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been previously received.

indicating the intention to exercise this right.Once the communication is received, Dontalia will inform the Buyer of the steps and measures to be taken to proceed with the withdrawal.
Dontalia reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website and/or the services offered, without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of third parties, to Users who do not comply with the Website's Terms of Use.
Dontalia will pursue any violation of the Website's Terms of Use and Legal Notice, as well as any misuse of the Website, by exercising all applicable civil and criminal actions under the law.
Dontalia reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its Website, without prior notice.
