How can I return a dental product?

From the "My Account" section, you can easily access the "Return" option. Once the return request is made, you will receive an email in the following days with instructions and documents to print, and the Bartolini courier will come for the pickup.


What is the time limit for returning a product?

We accept returns of materials within 30 days of purchase (delivery date).

Returns must be delivered in the original packaging and in a package that protects the individual packaging of the product.


Is there an additional cost for returns?

Return costs will be covered by us, except for returns of large quantities with high volume and/or weight. Dontalia reserves the right to apply shipping charges according to the rates in effect at the time of the return. Any additional costs for returns will be communicated prior to the pickup of the goods. In such cases, the pickup will be arranged only once the costs have been accepted. The free return policy applies exclusively to dental sector customers.


How will I receive the refunded amount?

Once the products have been received and the above-mentioned conditions verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.


What do I do if the refunded amount is incorrect?

In this case, please contact our Customer Service sending an email to info@dontalia.si with the details of your claim. Our Customer Service will respond to you as soon as possible.


*Special rules for returns:

  • Articles which have not been returned in their original packaging or that have the appearance of being used shall not be accepted.

  • Special items that do not appear on the Dontalia Website shall not be accepted.
