FRESA TREPHINE P/IMP ØINT.3,4 ØEXT.4,45 is a trephine drill for implant-related procedures, designed for bone harvesting and for the retrieval of fractured implants. It is intended to be mounted on a contra-angle handpiece and features lateral openings to facilitate removal of the harvested bone core. Laser depth markings support accurate depth control during clinical use.
Indicated for clinical implantology procedures where a trephine is required, including bone core harvesting and the extraction/retrieval of fractured implants. Prior to first use and for any reuse, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization are mandatory. Before each procedure, inspect the drill condition—especially the cutting teeth—and discard any bur with bent teeth. Use at the recommended 500–800 rpm with external irrigation to limit thermal rise. After use, perform cleaning and disinfection according to the recommended protocol. Service life depends on use-related damage risk and the degree of wear.
